Gratitude is the best attitude

Are you grateful for where you are in your life? 
Are you grateful for what you have in your life?

I know for me there have been times when I am working so hard and I don’t feel like I’m where I want to be. Or, there have been times when I have wished that things were different. If you, like me have had these thoughts, please know that it’s ok to have moments like this. You are human and there will be times when lack and fear want to make an appearance. What’s important is to not stay in this space. To not live in wishing for more. 

When you live in a mindset of lack you will be in a low vibration. When you focus on what you don’t have and how you are not satisfied in your life, you are sending this energy out to the Universe. The Universe is always listening to you and the energy you put out, you will get back!

Focusing on gratitude is a daily practice that I have cultivated. Focusing on gratitude is a great way to shift from a space of lack, to feeling abundant. There is so much to be grateful for in every moment. There is so much power in an attitude of gratitude and the energy of gratitude will instantly raise you up. 

Every morning when I rise I write down 3 things that I am grateful for. I connect with what I wrote and feel the loving energy of it. Throughout the day I express gratitude for what comes my way. In the evening I reflect on the day and think about what I am grateful for that happened throughout the day. I know, there is a whole lot of gratitude happening here but trust me, it truly makes a difference.

How do you feel now? 
How do you feel when you put your focus on what is amazing in your life? 

When you focus on all that you have to be grateful for you will shift into a loving, vibrant, happy space. When you focus on gratitude you will start to attract more of what you desire. 

Allow gratitude to be your focus as you move through each day. Allow an attitude of gratitude to help you feel fulfilled and joyful in your life. Allow the practice of gratitude to launch you towards feeling abundant in every moment.
